Refund Policy

Eli & Tom Studio sells digital travel guides (PDF downloads). Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, the following applies.

Digital products and right of withdrawal

Our guides are digital content delivered instantly by download or access link. Under EU consumer law, by completing your purchase and starting the download you request immediate access and expressly agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28). There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

Where purchases happen

Our guides are sold through our shop on Beacons, a third-party platform. Purchases are completed and processed on Beacons and are also subject to Beacons' own terms and refund handling.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete or clearly not as described, contact us at contact@elitomstudio.com within a reasonable time and we will fix the file or issue a refund. Because the guides are downloaded immediately, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading, or because the content did not match a personal preference.

How to contact us

For any refund request, email contact@elitomstudio.com with your order details (name, date and the guide purchased). We aim to reply within a few business days.
